Sumi’s Touch Administrative Assistant Position Contract

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Checking and responding to hello@sumistouch.com email every 3 days

  2. Being present at administration and taking notes meetings Thursday 11-3PM 

  3. Supporting administrative team with keeping meeting notes & to do list documents updated

  4. Supporting Sumayyah directly with task related to clients and training 

  5. Being a liaison between guest, students and Sumi

  6. Supporting Sumi’s Touch with tech support needed for student relations in teachable. ie. refunds, transferring cohorts, students needing access to things etc.

  7. Ensuring the modules content is correct, making additions and/or edits when needed

  8. Opening the zoom on Sunday at 9am & Wednesday 6pm 

  9. Taking Notes of students needs and communicating necessary follow up to admin team

  10. Taking notes with timestamps of the lectures/study group

  11. Downloading the zoom video of the lectures/study group

  12. Uploading said video to teachable

  13. Adding notes & timestamps as well as the thumbnail

Exchange : 

  • The first 90 days will be billed hourly. After the 90 probation period we will review workflow, capacity and execution.

  • Pay rate is $22 an hour. Max 12.5 hours a week /  50 hours a month. 

Timesheets with descriptions must be turned via email ( sumistouch@gmail.com) every two week. To receive payment follow up with a private Venmo request to Sumayyah. Within the venmo request add your invoice number which aligns with payment log
